Ilana Segal

Ilana has consulted in the fields of Change Management, Organizational Design and Leadership Development to both large and medium sized clients in both Canada and South Africa. Ilana’s most recent clients include a leading Canadian Pension Plan, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI), CIBC, TD Bank and Deloitte.

Ilana enjoys assisting leaders and managers through organizational, behavioural and personal change. Ilana is a skilled professional with strong communication skills and is able to coach clients to integrate professional and personal goals to allow then to be successful. Ilana’s experience and expertise includes a deep understanding of organization culture, the ability to work with merging organizations toward successful integration, conducting in-depth organization reviews, the analysis and design of organization structure, and generally providing change management guidance to support transformation and sustainable change.

Ilana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Economics, an Honors Degree in Economics and a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management (all from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa). Ilana has certifications in psychometric tools and enjoys diagnostics. She has been a board member of a local organization and volunteers on a regular basis in the community.

Ilana values meaningful relationships with clients and brings a human approach and understanding, creativity, empathy and respect for people’s individuality and diversity.

Heather Palm

Heather has consulted in Organizational Performance and Change Leadership for more than 20 years. First as part of Deloitte Consulting and then as an independent consultant. She has a proven track record of working collaboratively with organizations in the public, not for profit and private sectors to develop and implement organizational strategies targeted at improving business results.

Heather specializes in complex, large-scale changes to organizations and the redefinition of organizational culture. Her skills lie in rooting strategic change initiatives in quantifiable objectives of definable, actionable results.

Her specific areas of expertise include change management, organizational design, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, culture assessment, leadership development and coaching.

She holds a B.A. From Queens University and an MBA from McMaster University.
