We don’t have huge powerpoint decks or bureaucratic methodologies and templates, and we stick around to help you implement the changes. We are pragmatic whether in the Board room or on the front line. We will work with you to define the issues and the opportunities, to develop practical approaches and then we help your leaders and teams to implement the changes.

Understand your issues and objectives but respectfully challenge with other perspectives

Define the future state—where do you need to go? How do you need to change? What does success look like?

  • Engage leaders to clarify the business strategies and goals
  • Identify what will need to change, and assess where the gaps are—structure, relationships, skills, competencies and most importantly the changes required to underlying behaviours

Implement!

  • Engage and involve the leaders and their teams to design and develop the future state (new work processes, structures, roles and responsibilities, relationships etc.)
  • Experiment—adjust—launch (scale up)… continue to learn and adjust

Prepare your leaders and employees (throughout the process) to

  • Assess the impact to skills, knowledge and competencies
  • Assess the challenges to changing ‘world views’, assumptions and motivation
  • Identify the changes to behaving differently in ways that you can see and feel

Provide individual coaching to leaders, to improve their abilities to

  • Lead the changes as part of their everyday work
  • Be insightful about who they are and their impact on others
  • Motivate their teams and to influence peers and senior stakeholders
